Spraying and Application

We specialise in crop spraying across Canterbury and we have the right machines for the right job. Our operators are experienced and trained in driving on all terrains, from the wind prone Canterbury plains to the steep hills in the gorge. No matter how your land lies, our operators and machines are always suited to the job.


Our fleet is made up of Bateman Self-Propelled Sprayers and Spray Trucks. The fleet is updated constantly which ensures that we have up to date and reliable machines. They can all be equipped with multiple nozzles ensuring that no matter the job, we have the correct nozzles for the application.


Our fleet gets fully tested and calibrated throughout the year and we work on a preventative maintenance schedule so our machines have minimum downtime during the busy season. This means we can apply chemical for our customers in a timely manner when required.

Spraying

We offer a ground application service for a wide range of arable, vegetable and pastoral crops including wheat, barley, ryegrass, clover, peas as well as potatoes and onions.

Liquid Fertiliser
We are experts in the application of all types of liquid fertilizer including United fisheries Bio Marinus fish fertiliser and Ravensdown’s liquid nitrogen.
Chemical
We can supply your agrichemicals and as we buy in bulk you benefit from our cost savings. We will only charge for what you use &take away your empties
Other Services
    We also provide effective Gorse spraying, Slugbaiting and Quad bike sprayer services

OUR CURRENT FLEET

Seven 4wd Spray Trucks

(Isuzu & Mercedes):

All of our spray trucks have 24 metre booms and are fully computerised with GPS and auto section control. Tanks range from 3400 to 4000 litres and all trucks feature multi nozzle bodies capable of variable rate application.

Eight Bateman

Self-Propelled Sprayers:

Our Bateman self-propelled sprayers have 32 & 24 metre booms, fully computerised with Ag Leader GPS guidance and auto section control. They also feature 4000 -5600 litre tanks, induction hoppers, adjustable row crop axles and multi nozzle bodies. We can also offer varible rate application across the machines.
