AGRECOVERY

We are a main AgRecovery Re-cycling centre or “Hub” which means that all chemical containers with the AgRecovery logo on them can be dropped off and recycled. This is a free service and there are no costs at all to the farmer. Alternatively we can also be contracted by AgRecovery to pick up your containers and bring back to our Hub to be baled.


All we require is that:

 

  • Containers are triple rinsed.
  • No chemical residues are left in or on the containers.
  • Containers are plastic and display the AgRecovery logo, up to and including 60L in size. Larger sizes by arrangement.
  • Labels are left on containers for identification purposes.
  • All lids are removed and disposed of prior to arriving at the Hub.

 

From our site, the containers are baled and trans shipped to processing factories where it is used for many products within New Zealand. It is an extremely useful product to create out of something that has traditionally been a waste product.
