Mountainview Agronomy is a separate arm of Molloy Agriculture Limited. It was established in 2008 to offer an independent agronomy service specialising in arable crops and forage production.
As an independent division we work directly for the farmer so our advice is impartial and free from sales motives.
We can help you look after a wide range of crops including cereals, grass seeds, pasture renovation, winter feed and silage crops. We give advice on cropping plans, cultivations, fertiliser use and chemical inputs to achieve the best return for the grower.
Mountainview Agronomy uses the latest technologies including the ‘Muddy Boots’ software. This allows us to produce clear and concise chemical recommendations as well as record fertiliser applications.
Our time can be billed out either on a per hectare basis for the season/crop or at an agreed annual rate. This gives the grower piece of mind that crops will be monitored and correct actions taken without the influence of sales targets. Contact us now to discuss how we can help you.
Gary began working for Mountainview Agronomy in April 2010. Previously he was a vegetable agronomist for McCains and an arable rep for Seed Production after immigrating from Norfolk in the UK in 2007. Gary’s background is in arable and vegetable crops and he is BASIS and FACTS qualified. Email Gary or phone 0274 362 459
