I am back from the Rural Contractors conference in Taupo. As well as many thought provoking speakers it was good to network with many other spray contractors from around New Zealand.

Well the frosts maybe hard, but they are certainly followed by fantastic sunny days, which does delayed spraying til things heat up a little, but the sunshine definitely puts smiles on everyone dials!!

David Molloy is attending an Agcarm Conference in Wellington for the next couple of days - discussing the future direction for the industry, from chemical companies, manufactures, recycling and hopefully gaining support for contractors.

It is the time of year to discuss chemicals with suppliers. While price may be one thing it is encouraging to see new products coming through and the way that these companies are finding new ways to help us as applicators.
